T-shirt project
members:
Dries Wiewauters from Werkplaats Typografie
Minseon Kim from University of seoul
Hayan Cha from University of seoul
Suhyeon Shin from Kookmin university
Jiwon Jun from Kookmin university
Three universities, University of Seoul, Kookmin Univeristy, and Werkplaats Typogrfie have participated in the workshop. Every group from each school consisted of five members. Each group was to travel Seoul for seven days and assigned to design t-shirts with one or two themes discovered during the trip. Our group has made three t-shirts. The first t-shirt has the picture on, which Dries Wiewauters, one of our team members, from Belgium liked. The second t-shirt has his Korean nickname, “Chuck-ji-bub”, which was designed with POP letters that Wiewauters was very interested in. The third t-shirt is designed to symbolize the disappearing Jonglo’s traditional street, “Pimatgol”.

This is what the 축지법 Chuk-Ji-bub is.
